When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you enter:

• Your name, phone number, email address and company name
• Your team size, the type of event you are planning, your event month (if you share it) and any message you add
• Advertising click IDs and campaign details (such as gclid and fbclid, and UTM parameters) that tell us which ad or link brought you here
• Standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used to prevent spam and abuse

This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel for ordinary visit and enquiry measurement where permitted. They load on first interaction or 1.5 seconds after page load, independently of the enquiry-detail sharing choice below. They may set cookies and collect pages viewed and actions taken. These tools stay blocked in consent-required or unresolved regions because this banner does not request permission for ordinary tracking. Applicable browser privacy opt-outs are honored. We do not send hashed enquiry details to Google through this update.

Our banner offers equally prominent Accept and Reject choices for server-side Meta enquiry-detail sharing. The site and forms work either way. Only acceptance allows this sharing when configured: hashed phone and email, advertising cookies, IP address and browser information, used to measure and optimize our ads. Rejecting or not choosing means no such server-side reporting or cookie reads. Hashing is not anonymization. This choice does not stop ordinary browser tracking where permitted.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your enquiry and refer to it if you contact us again. After that, they are deleted.
